We have three concerts this Month. Please attend in large numbers, encourage the artists and enjoy the concerts.

Samvrith Ganesh (Vocal)

Samvrith is a 9th grader at Milpitas High. He has been learning Carnatic vocal from Guru Shri Hari Devnath of Sri Paduka Academy. Samvrith also learns Carnatic violin from Guru Shri Saravanapriyan Sriraman. He has won prizes at several music competitions including Cleaveland.  Samvrith enjoys playing basketball and whistling Krithis.


Avanija Vangala (Violin)

Avanija is a 10th grader at Stratford Preparatory School. She has been learning Carnatic Violin from Kalaimamani Padma Shankar (Student of Sri Lalgudi Jayaraman). She has won prizes in multiple competitions and regularly performs solos and accompaniment concerts around the Bay Area. She regularly supports many Bay Area schools on violin.


Prayag Barath (Mridangam)

Prayag Barath is a Sophomore at St. Francis High School. He has been learning mirudangam from Vid Sri Chennai Thyagarajan for the past 7 years.  He has been learning vocal music from Sri Paduka Academy for the past 8 years.  Prayag enjoys playing basketball, tennis and volunteering.

Rasika Ramakrishnan (Vocal)

Rasika Ramakrishnan is 9th grader at Mountain House high school. She has been a student of Smt. Kasthuri Shivakumar for the past 7 years.


Chinmay  (Violin)

Chinmay is a senior at Monta Vista High School. He is learning violin under the guidance of Guru Shri Arvind Lakshmikanthan for the past 5 years and has been regularly accompanying.


Niranjan Ravichandran (Mridangam)

Niranjan Ravichandran has been learning Mridangam for 9 years under Guru Shri. Natarajan Srinivasan at Nandi Laya Vidyalaya. He has been a regular performer and accompanist at various Bay Area platforms including CCC, Rasamanjari, Lotus, SR Fine Arts, TVMC, and others. He has also won prizes in the OSAAT Naatya Raaga competition.

He completed his Arangetram in May 2023, with guidance and mentorship from his Guru Shri Natarajan Srinivasan and Paramaguru Shri. S.V.Ramani.

Niranjan is a rising sophomore at Heritage High School in Brentwood, California. He actively participates in his school’s Speech and Debate and Model UN programs.

In his free time, he enjoys listening to Carnatic and Western Classical Music, reading, and writing.

Vaishnavi Tirumalai (Vocal)

Kum. Vaishnavi Tirumalai is a disciple of Smt. Subhapriya & Sri Hemmige V. Srivatsan, belonging to the Ariyakudi and KV Narayanaswamy parampara.  Vaishnavi had the blessing of starting her vocal training under the guidance of Sri.Vivek Sundararaman and Sri. Hari Devanath of Sri Paduka Academy. She is currently a Junior at Mission San Jose High School.


Hari Narayanan Srivatsan (Violin)

Chi. Hari Narayanan Srivatsan is a disciple of his parents Smt. Subhapriya & Sri Hemmige V. Srivatsan, belonging to the Ariyakudi and KV Narayanaswamy parampara.  Hari is a violin disciple of his father Hemmige V. Srivatsan.  He is currently a Senior at Branham High School.


Pranav Tirumalai (Mrdangam)

Chi. Pranav Tirumalai is a disciple of Vidwan Sri. Trichur C. Narendran, one of the prime and early disciples of the legendary Mrdangam Maestro Padma Shri Palghat R. Raghu. Pranav started his initial training under the able guidance of Sri. Ravindra Bharathy Sridharan of Nadhopasana Academy of fine arts. Pranav is pursuing Biomedical Engineering at UC Davis.
